UNPACKING Unpack the apparatus carefully.
ELECTRIC SUPPLY to be connected only a socker of 230 volts AC 50Hz or 440 volts AC 3 phase supply.
OPERATION Switch ON main switch the indicator indicate for operation. Set the desired temperature in Digital indicator cum controller. If the temperature exceed App. 15°C above the set point the alarm becomes ON.
- When operating the apparatus for the first time it has to be watched carefully and must not work without supervision.
CONSTRUCTION the outer body is made of double walled thick P.C. R.C. Sheet, reattached with thick perforated sheet on the bootom portion. Air gap is provided between the temperature portion and controlling portion to safe controller from the heat. Furnace painted with attractive good stoving enamel.
HEATING ELEMENT Heating Elements are made of KANTHAL A-1 wire in coil from placed in the ribs of the tiles, backed by Zirconia cerwool insulation, which avoids loss of heat.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL Temperature is controlled by Digital indicator cum controller with safety Alarm system with a sensitivity of ± 5°C or better.
