Mixed Bed (MB) :
• Treated water conforms to IS 1070/60, neutral quality.
• MB unit has to be operated as a polishing unit running in series with DB or FB model demineralisers.
• Due to intimate mixing of cation and anion Exchange resins in a single column the demineralised water is of consistently neutral purity conforming to IP specifications.
• Clean continuous ion exchange process.
• Conductivity meter operates on AC.
• Multivalve systems for easy operation and regeneratin
• Air displacement systems.
• Easily portable metal stand and trolley.
• Electrical Conducitivity of the deionised water is less than 1 ms/cm and pH is 6.8-7.2

FOUR BED UNIT

Four Bed (FB) :
• Four Bed Demineraliser consists prefilter, Activated Carbon Fitted prior to Cation and Anion columns. Before demineralisation is undertaken the water must be made free as fully as possible of organic substances, colloidal and suspended substances. This is ensured by passing water through prefilter and followed by activated carbon column, then the water directed to a line of demineralistation.
• The Perfilter and Activated Carbon (column 1 & 2) remove suspended and undissolved matter and also gaseous impurities and reduce the load on the ion exchange columns (3&4) for increased capacity and purity.
• It removes colour odour turbidity etc from the input raw water and as a result the purity of the treated water will be consistant. The life of the resin becomes more and the frequency of resin backwash and regeneration becomes less frequent.
• The purity of treated water will be < 10 Microsiemens/cm Conductivity.
• Treats water having turbidity, smell etc and with raw water TDS upto 500 PPM
• The treated water will have the conductivity of less 10 ms/cm and pH of 7.5-9.
