“Bellsotne” Freeze Dryer are caster mounted with body made of PCRC sheet duly powder coated. A double stage vacuum pump fitted with gas ballast provides high vacuum conditions for effecient drying of samples. A PIRANI GAUGE (Electronic Vacuum Indicator) is fitted to the unit for vacuum indication. Temperature range of upto 40°C (at ambient temperatures of
20°C) is controlled through a Microprocessor Based Digital Temperature Indicator-cum-Controller. Refrigeration system consists of refrigeration coils of copper and a hermetically sealed compressor with CFC Free refrigerants. A Vacuum/drying drum of size 22.5 cm (dia) X 25.5 (ht) is made up of stainless steel (SS-304 grade) is fitted with 6 or 12 manifold drying ports and plexiglass top cover for inside view.
