“Bellstone” Horizontal Laminar Flow Benches are designed to meet the filtration, illumination, Noise & Vibration requirements and US Federal Standard 209 B (BS 5295), Providing air to meet class 100 (class I) conditions, to the extent applicable. These are basically constructed out thick wooden ply board reinforced with wooden planks wherever necessary. All exterior surfaces are covered with white laminates. Interior surfaces are epoxy coated for longer life. Work table is covered with STAINLESS STEEL (SS-304 grade) and the side panels and collapsible front door are made of the transparent plexiglass.
“Bellstone” laminar flow benches are based on work principle involing double filteration of air. The atmospheric air which is drawn through pre-filter is made to pass through a highly effective HEPA (High Effeciency Particular Air) filters having effeciency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all airborne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. The double filtered air blows in through the work table at a designed velocity of 90ft/min±20%
Using a dynamic balancing machine the blowers and motor assembly are statically balanced to provide adequate airflow over the entire surface of HEPA filter and thus a uniform flow over the workbench. Heavy-duty motor operates with minimum noise level and vibration less than 2.5um
The entire work bench is illuminated by diffused, glass free flouriscent lighting arrangement at top and also fitted with a builtin U.V. Genmicidal tube. A inclined manometer for static pressure is also fitted to the unit as a standard accessory. All "Bellstone" units are also provided with cock for gas, air or vacuum line. Supplied complete with satin S.S. Table Top, Transparent front door, Static Pressure Manometer, Built in U.V. Germicidal light and cock for gas, air or vacuum line, Hepa Filters and pre-filter.
