• Inside-boiler made of heavy gauge brass sheet 18 SWG with SS sheet inside to withstand max. Pressure 20 lbs per sq. Inch and working pressure 15 lbs per sq. Inch.
• Hydraulically tested to 100%
• Lid made of heavy gun-mental casting machined to fit the gun-mental casting ring by means of durable, stem quality, moulded rubber gasket.
• Moulded, jointless rubber gasket made of neoprene rubber
• Steam release cock & heavy nuts fitted to the bolts to keep lid in position while in operation.
• Spring loaded safety valve can be set between 10 psi to 20 psi 1-3 psi and then drain
• Pressure Gauge and Immersion heaters are also fitted.
• Boiling dry cut-out device protects the apparatus from burn outs.
• Power supply 220/230 volts AC-50Hz.
